Project Insight is currently taking applications for the following positions:
DIRECT CARE PROVIDER
Provide direct, in-home care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities may include assistance with hygiene, life skills, monitoring behavior and community involvement.
Requirements:
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Currently hold or be able to obtain a Level One fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.
- Current Article 9 certificate or able to attend training.
- Reliable transportation to/from shifts. Punctuality is a must!
- Preferred experience: at least 6 months paid, volunteer, or personal experience working with disabled or special-needs children or adults.
- Desire to work with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
- Some shifts may require additional training such as habilitation or C.I.T.
